Surah 2. Al-Baqara, Ayah 167

Transliteration : wa- qaala 'alladhena ittabaco law 'anna la- -naa karrah fa- natabarra' min -hum ka-maa tabarra'o min -naa ka- dhaalika yure -him 'allaah acmaal -hum h.asaraat calay -him wa- maa hum bi- khaarijen min an- naar
Pickthall : And those who were but followers will say: If a return were possible for us, we would disown them even as they have disowned us. Thus will Allah show them their own deeds as anguish for them, and they will not emerge from the Fire.
Asad : And then those followers shall say: "Would that we had a second chance [in life],135 so that we could disown them as they have disowned us!" Thus will God show them their works [in a manner that will cause them] bitter regrets; but they will not come out of the fire.136
Malik : The followers will say: "If it could be possible for us to live again, we would renounce them as they have renounced us today." Thus Allah will show them the fruits of their deeds. They will sigh with regret, and shall not be able to come out of the Hell fire.
Yusuf Ali : And those who followed would say: "If only we had one more chance we would clear ourselves of them as they have cleared themselves of us." Thus will Allah show them (the fruits of) their deeds as (nothing but) regrets nor will there be a way for them out of the fire. 168
