Surah 3. Al-i'Imran, Ayah 86
| كَيْفَ يَهْدِي اللَّهُ قَوْمًا كَفَرُوا بَعْدَ إِيمَانِهِمْ وَشَهِدُوا أَنَّ الرَّسُولَ حَقٌّ وَجَاءَهُمُ الْبَيِّنَاتُ ۚ وَاللَّهُ لَا يَهْدِي الْقَوْمَ الظَّالِمِينَ |
| Transliteration | : | kayfa yahde 'allaah qawm(an) kafaro bacda 'emaan -him wa- shahido 'anna ar- rasol h.aqq wa- jaa'a -hum al- bayyinaat wa- 'allaah laa yahde al- qawm az.- z.aalimen |
| Pickthall | : | How shall Allah guide a people who disbelieved after their belief and (after) they bore witness that the messenger is true and after clear proofs (of Allah's sovereignty) had come unto them. And Allah guideth not wrongdoing folk. |
| Asad | : | How would God bestow His guidance upon people who have resolved to deny the truth after having attained to faith, and having borne witness that this Apostle is true, and [after] all evidence of the truth has come unto them?69 For, God does not guide such evildoing folk. |
| Malik | : | How it can be that Allah would guide those people who commit Kufr (reject faith) after their Iman (acceptance of faith), acknowledge that the Rasool is true, and clear proofs have come to them? Allah does not guide such wrongdoers. |
| Yusuf Ali | : | How shall Allah guide those who reject faith after they accepted it and bore witness that the Apostle was true and that clear signs had come unto them? But Allah guides not a people unjust. |
