Surah 30. Ar-Rum, Ayah 32



مِنَ الَّذِينَ فَرَّقُوا دِينَهُمْ وَكَانُوا شِيَعًا ۖ كُلُّ حِزْبٍ بِمَا لَدَيْهِمْ فَرِحُونَ


Transliteration : min 'alladhena farraqo den -hum wa- kaano shiyac(an) kull h.izb bi- maa laday -him farih.on
Pickthall : Of those who split up their religion and became schismatics, each sect exulting in its tenets.
Asad : [or] among those who have broken the unity of their faith and have become sects, each group delighting in but what they themselves hold [by way of tenets].29
Malik : those who divide their religion into sects and become separate groups, each group rejoicing in its own circle.
Yusuf Ali : Those who split up their Religion and become (mere) Sects each party rejoicing in that which is with itself! 3544
